Today I recommend a book entitled "I will manipulate what you do?" Walter Dresel. This book helps us to reflect on handlers and those manipulated. We invites us to ask ourselves what our role in life, we choose to stop being victims and walk to where we truly want.
Only by being honest with ourselves we realize that we who have to change our lives and not wait until it is the other change.
